SHIPPING

Shipping is free for all orders and we ship Australia wide!

As each For Sage piece is handmade to order, please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be shipped from the Gold Coast, QLD.

All shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the item and are calculated at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days after the order has been shipped for delivery of goods. All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your order is sent and can be tracked via Australia Post.

RETURNS

We want you to love your For Sage piece as much as we loved creating it. Please note as each For Sage item is one of a kind, we are unable to process exchanges.

If an item is faulty, we are happy to offer a refund within 7 days of the goods being delivered to you. Please email us at hello@forsage.com.au with a photo and explanation of the issue. Please note, we cannot refund items that have been de-tagged, washed or used.

Once the item is received by us, it will be checked to make sure it meets the conditions above. Once cleared, you will receive a refund for the purchase price to the original method of payment within 5 business days of the item being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number. For any return, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
